Each year we determine the two best barrels in order to produce a limited number of single variety wines of highest quality. In 2021 we had 2 different varieties that stood out : Touriga Franca as well as Alicante Bouschet. Our limited edition of Touriga Franca 2021 surprises with a beautiful array of aromas of red fruits with floral notes presenting itself with a full volume and an elegant structure. The beautifully balanced tannins and acidity make this Touriga Franca a uniquely charming wine. This Touriga Franca matured in French oak barrels for 15 months to round up its structure and volume and allow for aging in the bottle for the next 10 years.
