Just as the three Musketeers, the team of Herdade da Cardeira is a sworn-in crew. Although the members have each their specific tasks, they lend a hand wherever help is needed. For example, the cellar team also has expertise in the field and vice versa. Erika and Thomas are very happy to see not only the grapes, but also the team growing both personally and professionally.
